WE USE FRESH FLOWERS AND QUALITY GOODS ONLY. SOMETIMES FLOWERS OR ITEMS THAT APPEAR IN OUR PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE. WE WILL SUBSTITUTE AT AN EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE WITH SOMETHING SIMILAR. IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 24HRS AND A REPLACEMENT WILL BE OFFERED. DELIVERY Orders must be placed by no later than 10:30am Perth time to guarantee same day delivery within 25kms of Perth City. (See Metro Map). Prices include delivery to these areas only. We cannot promise to have orders delivered at exact times due to our delivery load, however we will do our best to fullfill requests. Outer Metro area deliveries incur extra delivery fee and time. We will notify you if this is the case. We deliver Monday to Saturday. Deliveries will be left at the residence, in a safe place when there's no-one home or given to a person residing there to pass on to the receipient. For Business deliveries they will be left with the reception to pass on to the recipient For Hospital deliveries they may be left at the hospital reception if ward access is restricted. PRIVACY We do not pass on your details to any third party. If you require your details to be anonymous to the recipient, your wishes will be honoured. SECURITY We have a Security Certificate that protects your credit card details on the internet. However if you prefer another payment option you can ring me on 0439 521 438 or bank the funds directly into my account via Bank Deposit. Details are available when placing your order. CURRENCY All prices are in Australian Dollars. Our bank will calculate the currency conversion for you at the time of the exchange. EXTRAS All items in the EXTRAS CATERGORY, teddies, chocolates, balloons, wines cannot be purchased by themselves but must be accompanied with flowers &/or hampers. Wine can only be delivered to recipients 18 years and over.
