We are open for business Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm (WST) and Saturdays 9am to 3pm (WST). We are closed for Sundays however special opening and closing times apply to special occasions like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day of they fall on a Sunday.

We use fresh flower and quality goods only. Sometimes flowers, vases, pots or items that appear in our product range may not be available, if this is the case we will substitute at an equal value with something similar. If however a specific colour or flower is required during the order process and is not available we will let the customer know either via email and/or phone of the problem. If we can’t get in contact to find out what action to take we will proceed with delivery as per instruction but with substituted flowers or goods.
Currently due to Covid we are experiencing some shortage of stock. Please be patient and understanding. We will endeavour to fullfil your orders to the best of our abilities.
If there is a problem with the order please advise us as soon as possible (within 2 hours) for appropriate action to be taken to resolve. If an incorrect delivery address has been given and the item has already been delivered there will be additional delivery charges incurred to re-deliver to correct address. If other details are incorrect there may be further charges to rectify. We guarantee the freshness and quality of our flowers and products. If you’re not happy with delivered item in any way please advise us within 24 hours for appropriate action to be taken.
We are situated in the northern Perth suburb of Carine in Western Australia and delivery fees are calculated on the distance from our Carine premises to the destination. Orders must be placed no later than 12pm Perth time, Monday to Saturday for same day delivery. If an order is received after this time there is no guarantee of same day delivery. Please contact us to confirm. We cannot promise to have orders delivered at exact times due to our delivery load, however we will do our best to fulfil requests. Deliveries will be left at the residence, in a safe place when there’s no one home or given to a person residing there to pass on to the recipient. For business deliveries they will be left with reception to pass on to the recipient. For hospital deliveries they may be left at the hospital reception if ward access is restricted. We also deliver to funeral Homes, Churches and Cemeteries.
